Best men’s sexual health clinics in Toronto

Are you looking for help with your sexual health? There are many different types of specialists and clinics who can help. Here is a resource to help you find ones that are best suited to you.

For most requirements, it is best to start by visiting your family doctor. However, if you are concerned about privacy and wish to discuss an issue with a doctor who is not personally connected to you or your family you can visit a walk-in clinic of which there are many.

How to find a walk-in clinic near you. Go to Google Maps and center the map at your location and then type in “Walk-in medical clinic.” If you bring your Ontario health card, the consultation will be at no charge.

Regional sexual health clinics

An alternative is to visit one of the specialist sexual health clinics run by each region. They provide services including the following:

  • Counselling and information on:
    • Birth control
    • STI and Bloodborne infections (BBI)
    • Sexual orientation
    • Sexuality
    • Relationships
  • Condoms
  • Pregnancy tests, counselling and referral
  • Sexual health examinations
  • Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment
  • HIV testing (including anonymous HIV testing and Rapid HIV testing)
  • Hepatitis A and B immunization
  • Gardasil 9 vaccination

Note that these clinics are sometimes busy. Some are walk-in but there may be line-ups and so it is best to arrive early in the day. Most require you to book an appointment.
