Adjusting Appointments

Please note that we require 24 hours notice for cancellation of doctors’ consultations.  Your assistance helps us handle your and other patients’ appointments expediently so we do not keep patients waiting and our doctors and therapists use their time efficiently. Please be sure you inform us if you are unable to turn up for your appointment so we can schedule other patients who require attention. You should arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Prospective patients will receive a medical questionnaire. This should be completed online beforehand. If you have not been able to complete it, you should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Privacy

We treat all communications as private. When we call we announce ourselves as the “health clinic.” After we know we are talking to the person who contacted us only then do we reveal that we are calling from FullMast.
